| 1. There is no charge to use the function room. 2. To reserve the function room, your name, telephone number, and credit card number are required. 3. Cream colored tablecloths, cream colored or cranberry napkins are provided at no charge. Additional colors are available for a fee. 4. The upstairs room is not handicap accessible. 5. Cancellations of functions must be received three weeks prior to the function. If not, a $50 fee is charged. 6. The downstairs function room is available Saturdays and Tuesdays until 4:00pm; and all day Sundays and Mondays. 7. For parties held on Sundays and Mondays only, there is a minimum charge of 35 adults. 8. Confirmation of menu selections and number of guests is due ten days prior to the function. 9. You are charged for the number of guests confirmed. If you have more guests than your original confirmation number, you will be charged for the additional meals. 10. 5% Massachusetts meals tax and 18% gratuity is added to the final bill. 11. A bartender is provided for parties over 30 guests. For parties under 30 guests, a $35 fee is added to the bill. 12. All food and beverages must be purchased at Cristina’s. 13. Invoices must be paid in full at the end of the function. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cashier’s check or Cash. We do not accept personal checks. 14.
