Funeral Receptions

   Cristina’s Restaurant can assist you with the funeral catering options. Below is general information to help begin the process.  We understand the planning process needs to be timely, efficient and stress free. Please call us directly so we can help you during this difficult time.

Reception held at Cristina’s Restaurant 
  1. To determine the number of guests, we suggest you count your immediate family and close friends.  We ask for a range for the number of guests so we will be prepared.
  2. You will only be charged for the number who attend the reception
  3. You may leave your cars in our parking lot and have the funeral home arrange to pick you up.  This way, you do not have to go back to the funeral home to get your cars after the Mass or Burial.
  4. Upon request, we can reserve tables for the family.
  5. Guests may come immediately to the restaurant after the Mass or Service if they are not able to go to the cemetery.
  6. Our servers are trained to tend bar.  However, if you require a dedicated bartender, please let us know. Additional charge will apply.
  7. Please inform us if there are special dietary needs, allergies or other restrictions.
  8. You may bring in your own desserts.
  9. We provide table linens.
  10. There is no room rental fee.
  11. 6.25% MA Meals Tax is added to the final bill and 18% Gratuity is added to the final bill.

  13. We are available Monday through Saturdays for funeral receptions.
  14. Receptions are normally held in the main dining room which is handicapped accessible.
Full Service Catering at Local Halls 
  1. We do cater at local halls in Leominster.
  2. Contact the hall directly for their rental fee, bar service and catering fees.
  3. The catering fee applies to the food only and will be added to your final bill.  The fee is then paid to the local hall.
  4. To determine the number of guests who may be attending the reception, we suggest that you count your immediate family and close friends.
  5. A final count is required for catering off site.  You are charged for the number confirmed.
  6. Please inform us if there are special dietary needs, allergies or other restrictions.
  7. We set the tables in the hall with table linens, linen napkins, and silverware.
  8. We provide quality paper dinner, salad and dessert plates and paper coffee cups .
  9. You are welcome to bring your own desserts.
  10. 6.25% MA Meals Tax and 22% Administrative Fee is added to the final bill
  11. Buffet Menu Options
Drop off Catering at Local Halls
  1. If you do not want full service catering, we can deliver party platters to local halls.
  2. We can provide chafing dishes ($12/each.)
  3. A delivery/set up fee is charged.
  4. 6.25% MA Meals Tax is added to the final bill.
  5. A catering fee applies to drop off food and will be added to the final bill. The fee is then paid to the local halls,
  6. For drop off catering, please use the Hot and Cold Party Platter Menu
Reception held at your home
  1. If you prefer to have the reception at your home, we can deliver and set it up for you.
  2. We can provide chafing dishes ($12/each.)
  3. A delivery/set up fee is charged.
  4. 6.25% MA Meals Tax is added to the final bill.
  5. For receptions at your home, please use the Hot and Cold Party Platter Menu

We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  Estate checks are accepted for funeral receptions only.
